Chart position
Where the app ranks in the US top charts — overall or in its category — so you know at a glance whether it is a real earner.
A free Chrome extension that puts an app's chart position, rating, review growth and latest listing changes right on its App Store or Google Play page. Pro adds monthly revenue and download estimates.
On every app page
One compact panel at the side of the store page, read from the 3.6M+ apps GetAppNiche tracks across the App Store (1.1M+) and Google Play (2.5M+). An app outside the catalog gets a short "not tracked yet" note.

Monthly revenue and downloads from our own model — figures Apple and Google don't publish, always labeled as estimates.
On a Google Play search, see roughly what the top 10 apps for that keyword earn, how hard the keyword is (0–100) and an estimate next to each result.
Free vs Pro
The free tier needs only an email sign-in. Pro is the same plan as the GetAppNiche web app — $39/month, $249/year or $299 once — and unlocks the extension for the same email.

How it works
Install it from the Chrome Web Store. It asks for access to the App Store and Google Play pages only — no other site.
Who you are, what you're looking for and which store — then your email and the 6-digit code we send. No password.
Go to an app on apps.apple.com or play.google.com. The panel slides in at the side of the page; fold it into a small tab whenever you like.
Privacy
The extension keeps what it needs to work: your email, your three onboarding answers, the IDs of App Store and Google Play apps you open while signed in, and what you click inside the extension — to show the card, keep the free limits and send the emails you asked for. The privacy policy lists every item.
It runs only on apps.apple.com and play.google.com — never on other sites, and it never reads your browsing history or other tabs.
From the page address — and on a Google Play search, the search term and the IDs of the listed apps. Not the page's text, your store account or purchases.
Storage, to keep you signed in, plus access to the two stores, their image servers (for share images) and our own API.
An upgrade link carries a one-time code that expires in 30 minutes, never your address. We don't sell your data or use it for ads.
Prefer to ask your AI?
Revenue estimates, review growth, listing change history and keyword difficulty also work inside Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code and other AI tools through the GetAppNiche MCP server. MCP uses an API key, which comes with Pro.
