Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund for a GetAppNiche paid plan, how subscription cancellation and auto-renewal work, and how free trials are handled. It applies to all paid plans purchased through GetAppNiche (getappniche.com): Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly. Please also read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which together govern your use of the Service.
14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first purchase of any paid plan. If you are not satisfied with GetAppNiche, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid purchase, and we will refund the amount you paid for that plan.
- The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a given paid plan — Pro Monthly or Pro Yearly.
- It does not apply to subsequent renewals of a subscription (see Subscription cancellation & auto-renewal below), except where a refund is required by applicable law.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at yaroslav91@gmail.com from, or referencing, the email address used for the purchase. To help us locate your order quickly, please include:
- The email address associated with your GetAppNiche account and purchase.
- The plan you purchased (Pro Monthly or Pro Yearly) and the approximate purchase date.
- Optionally, a brief note on why you are requesting the refund — this is not required, but it helps us improve.
We will confirm and process eligible refund requests as promptly as we reasonably can.
Free trials
Some subscription plans may be offered with a free trial. If your plan includes a free trial:
- You will not be charged during the trial period.
- If you do not want to be charged, cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal (see below).
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged for the first billing period at the plan's then-current price.
Subscription cancellation & auto-renewal
Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly are recurring subscriptions. They automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal, which you can reach from your account.
- When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period, and it will not renew after that. You keep Pro access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Renewals are non-refundable beyond the 14-day money-back guarantee window, except where a refund is required by applicable law. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before that period begins.
EU/UK consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, in addition to the money-back guarantee described above. To exercise this right, email yaroslav91@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. Note that where you have asked us to begin providing the Service during the withdrawal period and you have used it, the amount refundable may be adjusted to reflect the portion already supplied, as permitted by law.
Effect of a refund or chargeback on your access
A refund, or a lost or successful chargeback or payment dispute, immediately revokes your Pro access. When a payment for a paid plan is refunded or reversed, the entitlement tied to that payment ends and your Pro access is removed. Please contact us at yaroslav91@gmail.com before opening a chargeback or dispute with your bank — in most cases we can resolve the issue directly and faster.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date shown above. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
